• Plate welding bed body 

Using high-quality carbon steel plate welding and mortise and tenon structure, it is sturdy and durable, and can withstand a tensile force of 500Mpa. The structural materials undergo high-temperature annealing treatment to eliminate the stress generated by welding, maintaining good mechanical properties such as tensile strength, toughness, hardness, and deformation resistance of the bed, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

• Aviation aluminum crossbeam 

Aviation aluminum is manufactured using aerospace standards, and after artificial aging and solution treatment, precision machining is carried out to achieve T6 hardness for the crossbeam. It also has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, toughness, and good ductility. Lightweight, convenient for high-speed movement during processing, and highly flexible, it can significantly improve processing speed while meeting precision requirements.
